When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and role (student or landlord). Landlords additionally provide business details, national ID or passport number, and KRA PIN for verification purposes. This information is stored securely and used to maintain your account.

Property Information

Landlords submit property details including location, photographs, pricing, and descriptions. This information is displayed publicly to facilitate housing searches. Images and property data are stored securely and retained for the duration of the listing.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to operate the Platform, session cookies to keep you logged in, and preference cookies to remember your settings. Analytics cookies help us understand usage patterns. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

Analytics

We collect anonymous usage data including page views, search queries, click patterns, and device information to improve the Platform experience. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.
