Respectful Conduct
Treat all community members with dignity and respect. Discrimination, hate speech, or harassment will not be tolerated.
Honest Listings
All property listings must accurately represent the property. Use recent, unedited photographs and truthful descriptions.
No Fraud
Fraudulent activity, including fake listings, identity theft, or payment scams, will result in immediate account termination and legal action.
No Harassment
Harassment, intimidation, or unsolicited communications of any kind are strictly prohibited on the Platform.
No Misleading Pricing
All prices must be transparent and inclusive. Hidden fees, bait-and-switch pricing, or misleading discounts are forbidden.
No Fake Reviews
Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. Posting fake reviews, whether positive or negative, is strictly prohibited.
No Duplicate Listings
Each property may only have one active listing. Duplicate or cross-posted listings will be removed without notice.
No Illegal Content
Content promoting illegal activities, including unlicensed housing, subletting violations, or discriminatory practices, is prohibited.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content or behavior that violates these guidelines, report it immediately to abuse@campushub.co.ke. Our moderation team reviews all reports within 48 hours.
